If you subscribed via iOS or Android, you can upgrade directly in the app under Account > Subscriptions

  • On iOS: Your Lite subscription will be canceled, refunded for the unused portion, and the Core plan will be billed in full.

  • On Android: The Core plan will be billed, with your remaining Lite subscription credits applied.


If you subscribed via our website, you’ll need to upgrade through the website as well. Kindly log in to your subscription account and click the "Upgrade" button on the homepage. 


Note: Upgrades must be done on the same platform where you first subscribed (App Store, Google Play, or Web). Cross-platform upgrades are not supported.
