Refunds are managed directly by Apple or Google for in-app purchases.


iOS

  1. Open the settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Media & Purchases >> view account.
  4. Select Purchase History.
  5. Choose the Tech in Asia subscription and report a problem.
  6. Choose to request a refund.
  7. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.


Android

  1. Go to play.google.com.
  2. Tap your account profile.
  3. Choose payments and subscriptions 
  4. Scroll the navbar and select Budget and Order History.
  5. Select Tech in Asia subscription and click Report a problem.
  6. Select the option that describes your situation.
  7. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
  8. Click Submit.
