Refunds are managed directly by Apple or Google for in-app purchases.
iOS
- Open the settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Media & Purchases >> view account.
- Select Purchase History.
- Choose the Tech in Asia subscription and report a problem.
- Choose to request a refund.
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Android
- Go to play.google.com.
- Tap your account profile.
- Choose payments and subscriptions
- Scroll the navbar and select Budget and Order History.
- Select Tech in Asia subscription and click Report a problem.
- Select the option that describes your situation.
- Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
- Click Submit.
