You can sign up to Tech in Asia with third-party service providers: Facebook or Google - or using your email address. You can choose the sign-up option that fits you best.


Signing up with an email address


1. Desktop

  1. On the Tech in Asia homepage, click "sign up" in the upper right corner.
  2. You will be directed to the new page and click "Get started"


  3. A new screen will appear, enter the email address and click log in/sign up. Enter your first name and last name, and a magic link will be sent to your registered email address.
  4. Go to your email inbox and open the email with the subject "Your Tech in Asia account is ready, activate now!”. 
    Click Complete registration in the email to be redirected to the Tech in Asia website and automatically signed in to your account.

Notes: 

  • The email magic link expires after two hours and can only be used once. If you run out of time or need a new email login later on, you can simply follow the same process again to get a fresh email login link.


2. Mobile (iOS or Android):

  1. Open the Tech in Asia app on your device and click "Get started"
  2. A new screen will appear, enter the email address and click log in/sign up.
  3. Enter your email address, first name, and last name, then click next. 

  4. Verify your account by entering the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your email with the subject "Your Tech in Asia account is ready, activate now!”.
  5. Check your email inbox for the verification email and enter the 6-digit verification code. Click continue to complete the process.


Notes: The verification code expires after 10 minutes and can only be used once. If you run out of time or need a new login, simply follow the same process again. You can request a new code after 1 minute.


What if I do not receive the magic link or OTP?
  • If you do not receive the magic link/OTP email, kindly:
    • Check your spam, trash folders, and other email filters
    • Allow receiving email from Tech in Asia, add success@techinasia.com to your address book
    • If you still haven’t received the email, please contact success@techinasia.com for further assistance.
