It has never been part of TIA culture to ban someone in regards to their behavior on the web. We believe everyone’s voices, whether they are negative or positive, are equally important. However, in some extreme cases, we will indeed ban users that has  repeatedly violates our community code of conducts. In that’s the case, we will temporarily ban your accounts until we receive a written statement from you acknowledging the problem.

Please note that violating the community’s code of conduct, will result in a suspension of all of your past job applications that have been submitted before.
